国内外塑木原料采用比较分析
我国塑木复合材料按基本原材料可以分为两个主要类型：一类是聚烯烃基塑木复合材料，这类材料主要是以聚乙烯（PE）和聚丙烯(PP)为基料，在我国采用高密度聚乙烯塑料（HDPE） 为广泛。改性增强剂木质纤维主要采用木粉和稻壳粉，也有因地制宜开发采用竹子、麦秸秆、棉花杆、甘蔗渣和椰壳等磨成的粉料。 近又有研发成功用废弃的芦苇制成粉料的报道，充分发挥了资源综合利用的特点。
There are two main types of wood-plastic composites in China according to their basic materials: one is polyolefin-based wood-plastic composites, which are mainly based on polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), and widely used in China is high density polyethylene (HDPE). Modified reinforcing agent wood fiber mainly uses wood powder and rice husk powder, but also uses bamboo, wheat straw, cotton stalk, bagasse and coconut husk grinding powder according to local conditions. Recently, it has been reported that the waste reed has been successfully developed to make powder, which fully utilizes the characteristics of comprehensive utilization of resources.
另一类是聚氯乙烯（PVC）基塑木复合材料，其中PVC塑料一般采用新料，也有掺加少量回收料。木质纤维添加量较少。由于PVC塑料的比重较大，因此一般都进行微发泡处理。
The other is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based wood-plastic composites, in which PVC plastics generally use new materials, but also with a small amount of recycled materials. The addition of lignocellulose is less. Due to the large proportion of PVC plastics, micro-foaming treatment is generally used.
我国塑木复合材料的基本材料的采用情况与北美较相似，塑料是以聚烯烃类回收塑料为主。日本过去大部分采用新塑料，而现在回收料的应用也越来越多，并对回收料的组分及纯度规定的要求较为严格。
The use of basic materials of wood-plastic composites in China is similar to that in North America. Plastics are mainly polyolefin recycled plastics. Most of Japan used new plastics in the past, but now the application of recycled materials is more and more, and the requirements for the composition and purity of recycled materials are stricter.
欧洲塑料基料的采用情况与我国有较大差异，欧洲由于WPC开始时大量运用于汽车内饰件之类，因此大部分塑料是采用聚丙烯（PP），2005年在挤出成型中采用的PP占82%，聚乙烯（PE）占10%，而PVC仅占8%。到2010年PVC所占的份额扩大到20%， PP缩小到70%左右。到2012年欧洲WPC经过几年的市场开发，WPC被广泛应用于铺板和围栏，由于PE价格 便宜，而且回收PE也比回收PP 容易获得，因此PE的份额大幅上升到总用量的32%， PVC上升至28%，而PP降至40%。但在注射成型中PP基的产品份额仍占到了93%。
The use of plastic base materials in Europe is quite different from that in China. Because WPC was widely used in automotive interior parts at the beginning, most of the plastics in Europe were polypropylene (PP). In 2005, 82% of the plastics were used in extrusion, 10% in polyethylene (PE), and only 8% in PVC. By 2010, the share of PVC will be increased to 20%, and PP will be reduced to about 70%. By 2012, after several years of market development in Europe, WPC has been widely used in paving and fencing. Because PE is cheap and recycled PE is easier to obtain than recycled PP, the share of PE has risen to 32% of total consumption, PVC to 28%, and PP to 40%. However, PP-based products still account for 93% in injection moulding.
我国的木质纤维行业与国外同行相比有着较大的差别，主要是来源和处理方式。

我国是工业制造大国，分布着大量的粮食、竹材和木材加工企业。我国塑木行业所使用的原料基本来自这些加工企业的副产物和边角料。木质纤维的原料在加工前基本已经是经过 干燥和处理程序的粉末、碎块或刨花，加工程序简单、成本低。而国外农林加工企业较少，塑木行业所使用的原料基本是建筑废弃木材和一些木材次生枝加工而成，生产过程有破碎、研磨、干燥和改性阶段，加工成本较高。
China is a large industrial manufacturing country, with a large number of grain, bamboo and wood processing enterprises. The raw materials used in China's plastic and wood industry are basically from by-products and scraps of these processing enterprises. The raw materials of lignocellulosic fibers are basically powders, fragments or particles which have been dried and processed before processing. The processing procedure is simple and the cost is low. However, there are few foreign agroforestry processing enterprises. The raw materials used in the plastic wood industry are mainly processed from abandoned building wood and some secondary branches of wood. The production process has the stages of breaking, grinding, drying and modification, and the processing cost is high.
欧洲的塑木产品的改性增强剂木质纤维，对于挤出成型，木质纤维占82%，其他是纸浆、稻壳等，而注射成型中木质纤维占80%。对于汽车塑木内饰件，采用的 纤维主要是以亚麻为主，其他为黄麻、洋麻和大麻等。
For extrusion moulding, woody fibers account for 82%, pulp, rice husk and so on. For injection moulding, woody fibers account for 80%. For automotive plastic wood interior parts, the main fibers used are linen, jute, kenaf and hemp.
